Upon arriving at Hondarribia Lockers, follow these simple steps to store and remove your luggage(s)

Choose the locker size that best suits your suitcases .
Make your payment on our platform.
Receive the access code in your email.
Enter the code on both the outside and inside display of the installation.
How do I book my ticket?
Go to our website "www.hondarribialockers.com"
and follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the option "BOOK A LOCKER".
2. Choose the date of your stay and the size
that fits your luggage (M, L or XL).
3. Make the payment by credit card on our platform.
4. You will receive a 6-digit numerical code (to
access the premises by adding the # symbol) and a QR access code in your email.
5. Enter the code both on the outdoor device
and on the screen inside the premises as many times as you need.
Can I book in advance?
This is the best option if you want to arrive and with your codes go direct to drop off your luggage. However, you can make your reservation at the door of the venue, using a portable device with an internet connection.
How do I access the locker?
Once your reservation is formalized, you will receive numerical code and a QR. You will only have to put the code first on the device outside the locker room (including # to the numerical code) and on the screen inside the locker room, and automatically the outer door will open and then the locker door according to the selected size will automatically open.
How many times can I access my locker?
Once you have your code, you can open your locker as many times as you need within your reservation period. When you are going to leave the locker empty, you can select the last use option on the screen.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, within 24 hours before the start of your booking.
How long is my booking valid?
Your reservation will be active from 00:00 on the reservations day until 23:59, unless you decide to extend it for the time you need.
I haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk mail to see if you have received it in either of these folders. If you haven't received it, enter the website and with your registration details you will have access to your bookings.
