GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONTRACTING CONDITIONS OF USE OF HONDARRIBIA LOCKERS
PURPOSE
These general conditions regulate
the contracting of lockers from Hondarribia Lockers at its establishment
located on Calle Bernart Etxepare, 20280 Hondarribia (Guipuzcoa). Likewise,
these conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Hondarribia
Lockers and the User who contracts the locker service.
Hondarribia Lockers Terms and Conditions
OUR LOCKERS
Hondarribia Lockers offers its
Users the possibility to rent any of its lockers for periods of 24 hours.
Hondarribia Lockers offers lockers in 3 sizes and 3 different prices (VAT
included): 10 Medium-sized lockers: 40cms (Height) x 50cms (Width) x 60cms
(Depth), €7.9/ 24h. 11 Large-sized lockers: 50cms (Height) x 50cms (Width) x
60cms (Depth), €10.9/ 24h. 11 XL-sized lockers: 90cms (Height) x 50cms (Width)
x 60cms (Depth), €14.9/ 24h. In the lockers, users can store their belongings
as long as they do not violate the Limits of Use. Lockers can be rented for a
minimum period of 1 day (24 hours). During this period, the user can access
their belongings several times a day for a maximum of 3 days. For longer
periods, the user must contact us and explain the reasons at
hondarribialockers@gmail.com; otherwise, their belongings will be removed, and
they will be kept for a maximum of one week. After this time, they will either
be disposed of or handed over to lost property.
PRICE
The prices applicable to each
type of locker are those indicated on the website at the time of booking. All
prices on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and correspond to the
rental of a locker for 24 hours. Offers will be properly marked and identified
as such, indicating the previous price and the offer price. Hondarribia Lockers
may make changes it deems appropriate at any time, depending on its needs and
market conditions.
OPERATION
At Hondarribia Lockers, we have
smart lockers where the entire booking and usage process is automated. It can
be done in two ways. To contract the rental of lockers at Hondarribia Lockers,
the following requirements must be met:
• Having reached or being over 16
years of age.
• Accepting the present general
conditions of service contracting and locker use.
• Accepting the privacy policy of
Hondarribia Lockers, as the entity in charge of the lockers.
MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND OF SERVICES
In bookings made at our premises,
it will only be possible to cancel or modify the rental if payment has not been
made.
MANAGEMENT OF INCIDENTS
In case of breakdown, blockage, or any other
type of incident in the use of the locker, the User will have at their disposal
the assistance service of Hondarribia Lockers by calling the telephone number
+34 682581506 during business hours from 9:00 to 21:00, or by written
communication to the following address: hondarribialockers@gmail.com. Outside of
the indicated hours, communication through either of the two channels is not
considered.
RESERVATION FORM
The User guarantees that all data
regarding their identity, as well as the reservation provided, are true,
accurate, and complete. The personal data provided will be used to manage the
reservation and fulfill the obligations arising for the parties of the locker
service. www.hondarribialockers.com
is authorized to process the personal data provided in the contracting process
by the User as necessary for the provision of the service. The User, by
contracting, expressly consents to the processing of their personal data under
the terms detailed here.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Use lockers only as a temporary
storage place for their own property. Use lockers correctly, without causing
damage to them, and ensure that the locker is closed when the user leaves the
premises. This implies the commitment to use lockers for legal and authorized
purposes, undertaking not to store objects whose mere possession or trafficking
is illegal (stolen objects, drugs, etc.). Likewise, do not introduce flammable,
polluting, or hazardous materials into the lockers; neither animals nor living
beings. If any material deposited in the lockers requires a permit or license
for its possession, have that license. Do not introduce unpackaged food or
drink. Do not include money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers,
televisions, etc.), or items of special value in the lockers, the decision of
the user to use the rented lockers to store such items of special value is
solely and exclusively their responsibility. Remove the items placed in the
rented lockers before the end of the rental period, i.e., before the reserved
24-hour period ends. If not done, the user must pay the corresponding fee for
the time slot to open their locker; the minimum rental period is 24 hours, and
access to the premises is from 8:00 to 22:00. Leave the lockers at the end of
the service in the same condition as they were found. Notify Hondarribia
Lockers of any incidents detected in the lockers or their condition through
hondarribialockers@gmail.com.
IMPORTANT
Do not exceed the capacity of the
locker. Do not force the door when closing the locker. It could block the door,
preventing it from opening. Do not provide the code to third parties, with the
user being responsible for any breach of these obligations. Do not use the
lockers for exchanging goods with third parties. Access the premises only to
access the lockers, without staying in the premises longer than strictly
necessary. Do not take photos or recordings of the security mechanisms of the
premises.
